Editorial Policy
RezanToolbox publishes original tool pages and guides designed to be useful, transparent, and safe for a general audience.
Last updated: July 12, 2026
Original content standard
Tool pages must correspond to working functionality and describe that functionality accurately. Supporting explanations are written for the specific input, output, limitations, and practical use of the tool. We do not publish scraped articles, framed copies of other websites, auto-spun text, unfinished conversion pages, or multiple pages for the same feature.
Tool acceptance checklist
Before a tool is included in navigation and the sitemap, we check that its primary action completes, input errors are explained, controls are keyboard accessible, the page works at mobile widths, and the description does not promise unsupported output. Pages that fail this checklist are corrected, consolidated, redirected, or removed from the public index.
Accuracy and updates
Tool pages are reviewed when code changes, errors are reported, browser behavior changes, or a description needs a clearer limitation. Calculator formulas and format rules are compared with documented examples where possible. Some information may still become outdated, so visitors should verify important decisions with authoritative sources.
Corrections
Correction requests can be sent to asifrezan.office@gmail.com. Please include the page URL, the issue, and any supporting source or explanation.
User safety
We avoid content that promotes illegal activity, deception, hate, harassment, dangerous behavior, explicit sexual material, copyright abuse, malware, or other harmful uses. We may remove or change pages that create policy or safety concerns.
Advertising separation
Advertising does not decide which tools we create or how tool outputs work. Ads, if shown, should not obscure navigation, mislead visitors, or encourage accidental clicks.
